We are Fintelo, a software development company producing state of the art, multimedia software in the online education field. We have immediate openings for talented Java developers to do design and coding of our application server product. These are contract to hire positions with excellent potential for advancement.
Required Qualifications:
Solid experience with Hibernate and Hibernate optimization strategies 
Experience in Java and J2EE software development (Tomcat, Servlet, JDBC, etc) 
Proficiency developing database applications with Oracle or related RDBMS systems 
Good understanding of web related technologies including HTML, Javascript, CSS 
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills 
Ability to work in a cooperative team environment, as well as the ability to work independently 
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with distributed software architectures and design patterns 
Experience with load-balancing, caching and session management strategies and designs 
Experience with Java performance measurement and profiling tools 
Experience in the online learning field especially preferred
