There is a slot open on my team.  This description looks more like a dream-list than an actual requirement.  Critical requirements are team-oriented but can work solo, java, JSF, JSP, Servlet, Oracle SQL, Hibernate/JPA


Provide computer services
support for large scale database development and management for systems
supporting second level engineering specifically Database Management System
(DMS), All Fusion Harvest, Software Change Manager (SCM) and Web applications.
Provide software, hardware, and systems design. Development computer practices,
tools, and techniques. Provide consultant and technical services for Safety and
Operations Support Directorate. Provide recommendations for latest and most
advance computer equipment combinations, techniques, routines, and systems to
provide efficient solutions. 
 
Scope:  Includes
input during specification development, review of technical proposals, system
deployment activities, preliminary design review, critical design review,
software maintenance documentation, testing, and direct software programming
support.
 
Knowledge and skill requirements are as follows:
 
(1)   Knowledge of Technical Concepts, Principles
and Practices
a)      Ability to analyze and interpret
technical materials
b)      Ability to prepare and write technical
instructions and guidance for users of software applications.
c)       Extensive knowledge of and skill in applying applications software
development principles and methods sufficient to lead in the design,
development, testing, documentation, and implementation of new or modified
applications software (i.e. JAVA etc.)
d)      Experience as a technical lead working on one or more large
implementation of software and/or COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) solutions
(2)   Knowledge of Programming Languages and
Software Tools
a)                  6
years + programming experience
b)                  Ability
and extensive knowledge to prepare computer program using object-oriented
languages, analysis, and design methodologies.
c)                   Ability
to apply the principles, methods, and tools for analyzing and developing
software test and evaluation procedures and agile development.
d)                  Java
Enterprise Edition(JEE) in-depth 
a.       JSF
1.2 (Java Server Faces),
b.       ICEfaces
c.       Spring
and Hibernate application development knowledge.
d.       SCJP
5.0 (Sun Certified Java Programmer) and/or
e.       SCWD
(Sun Certified Web Component Developer)
f.         Senior
Level Experience on Java Web Services and Portal/Portlet framework.
e)                  Knowledge
of enterprise-level large application
framework design.
a.       Unix
command line skill
b.       Oracle
9/10g experience
c.       Glassfish
Application server knowledge
d.       Experience
using IDE (i.e. Eclipse, Netbeans, etc.) 
 (3)  Interpersonal
Skills
a)      Ability to work with others on a
technical, operational, and/or administrative level
b)      Ability to communicate clearly
face-to-face, by telephone, and in writing
