I have experience with all of the technologies mentioned in the previous
responses.  I would not even mind writing a little code for you.  Can you
send me an email with a little bit more detailed specifications?

doing it via JSP/servlets under Apache Tomcat. It seems like you already
have a lot on your plate and digressing into other frameworks, methodolgies
will just further delay your project.
