OpenBeta is a participant-driven community event aimed at exposing
innovative ideas and creating business opportunities by connecting
smart, passionate and motivated people, with similar interests in
technology but different talents.

State Representative Jason Murphy will open the event with a
presentation on GOV 2.0, using technology to improve government.

The keynote speaker will be Wynn Netherland, web designer and
developer, and creater of the SXSW award winning online service
TweetCongress.

The event will also have dozens of technology demonstrations,
lightning talks, and online business pitches.

We're still looking for talk and technology demonstration proposals.
