I am retired now. Am I too removed from the Java world to remain a member? Would love to attend, but would just be taking up a seat.
Good luck with starting back up!

It's been a really long time since we've had any activity, but we're trying to fix that! :) I've made a post on our web site about, so I won't repeat myself, but you can read the details here: https://okcjug.org/news/2022/re-kick-off-meeting.html. I hope a lot of you will join us next Wednesday.

To make things even more fun, there were some unpatched vulnerabilities in some of the WP plugins (I'm guessing), so there was all sorts of spam in the posts. Taking that database export, I've reimplemented the site as a static site (using jekyll and GitHub Pages), attempted to clean up the old data, and given the site a new look and feel (https://github.com/okcjug/site/tree/master). Not everything is working yet, but enough is to push it live and announce it. :)
