Yes.  We may have to (and want to) explicitly grant permissions for editing,
but that's pretty simple.

There's just a lot of brown on the site, and that's UPS' (old?) slogan.
Since we're here to help the community, and this site's brown... ;)  That
will probably come off should we push this "live."
