[Steering Committee] What about Robert Martin to present in November?

I'm working on a new talk: Clean Code III: Functions. This is a
talk about what makes a good function. I'd present a lot of Java
code, and a lot of lecture and discussion.
Please send the speaker evaluation form in triplicate. I'll bury it
in soft peat for a few months.
