[Steering Committee] December Meeting Info

We still need a photo and an abstract for the December meeting.  I think 
there was some confusion regarding the title of the session as well, so 
if we can get that cleared up, I'd appreciate it.  I need to send out an 
email telling lunch attendees to register so we can have a good estimate 
for lunches.
