[Steering Committee] JUG Feedback and email addresses

I have the JUG feedback forms from last month.  Pretty much every form has
an email address on it, which Ryan and I felt was implicit approval for
subscription to the mailing list, but we thought we should run it by the
everyone else first.  Anyone see a problem with that?

By the way, if you'd rather not get these emails, there should be an
unsubscribe link at the bottom.  We won't think too much less of you for
clicking it. :P
