Well, I've been tinkering some more: http://joomla.okcjug.org/
Note the menu on the left: Sponsors, Meeting Location, Feeds (especially
Feeds, as that's pretty much what's driving this). Note also the Google
Calendar integration on the right, as well as the polls options. Comments?
Critiques?
There are other options as well, such Drupal and Wordpress, which, while a
blog system, technically, can pretty easily be used as a CMS, albeit a
fairly simple one. If we would prefer a Java solution, we can continue to
use Confluence, or, if we want a CMS, OpenCMS looks nice, and I *might* be
able to get a us a free license to Figbird (
http://www.ninthavenue.com.au/products/figbird), though I really have no
idea how Roget would feel. We've only "talked" briefly on the JSF lists,
but you never know.
So...any feedback? I'm getting awfully lonely out here. :)
