[Steering Committee] august presentation

I'm not sure about trying to demo drools using an authorization
example, because I can't imagine any combination of rules that would
be complex enough.  Last year I was trying to come up with a good
drools demo idea, and the best I could think of was an expense
reporting / approval example.  But that's boring. :)

I like the digital signature idea too.  I think we'd be happy to see
either topic.
