[Steering Committee] january meeting is when? the 8th

Can we plan to announce a meeting before the meeting to anybody interested in learning how to create technical talks?

I volunteer to be there from at least 5 pm on...

fyi - we will be in Room 311 for both meetings tomorrow. Who is going to send the reminder emails?
