Hollie suggested we have people rsvp for our meetings so the sponsor would know about how much food to order.

I guess we could have a couple of polls that would say:

    I plan on attending the November Lunch   meeting    Yes []    No []

    I plan on attending the November Evening meeting    Yes []    No []
