[Steering Committee] Fw: presentation topic?

I'm not sure.  It's definitely a management topic, not a technical one.  But
it helps explain a lot of common problems we see in teams and how you might
address them.  I really enjoyed the book.  I just wonder whether it would
appeal to our normal membership.
