[Steering Committee] possible december speaker

Stephen Maina (Valtech) has offered to do a talk on using annotations and reflection instead of AOP. (Brett - you guys oughta talk - I'd be interested in hearing what you have to say on his solution)

He might be able to do the December meetings (january for sure).

Does this sound like a good topic?

He also mentioned a possible topic he could do - instead of using sockets, use some new IO class to do network stuff...
