[Steering Committee] possible december speaker

I'm not sure the order is important but my gut tells me we should look
at Stephen's solution first simply because it uses Java as is. The
Aspect J stuff doesn't require a special compiler but it does require
libraries and using the 1.5 class-loading hook.
