[Steering Committee] november sponsor update

I'd think it would be worth looking into.  If I'm not mistaken, at one of
the committee meeting didn't someone say that he was asked to sign something
stating he was responsible if someone got hurt at the meeting?  I think it
was Brett Schuchert.  A non profit corp should shield both us, and sponsors
if this is the case.
