[Steering Committee] non-proft & Addiso

Let's chat about this at the SC meeting.  Brandon made a good suggestion to
do something like the okcodecamp.com did.  Have annual sponsorship at
certain predefined levels, and continue to have meeting sponsors for a much
lower price.  Thoughts?
