Hi Bill,

Thanks again for allowing us to have our meetings on your campus.  Please
reserve the following dates for us, and let me know which room we will be
using for each.

October 9 from 11:00 to 1:00
November 13 from 11:00 to 1:00 and from 5:30pm to 9:00pm
December 11 from 11:00 to 1:00 and from 5:30pm to 9:00pm

Also, please include our web site address in any announcement you decide to
make to your students.  It is http://www.okcjug.org/
