I'm attaching the eval spreadsheet. It does not have the attendees/emails info yet though.

regarding the UoP - I think most responses were positive. I think we might want to arrange the tables better so the screen is more visible. I had to keep leaning left and right.

Another negative might be that we would get fewer people from the south side of the city. Do we care?

One great thing about it is that it is right off Broadway (which could be a bad thing too I guess - but not much worse than being near NW EXPY.
 
I removed specific info about each months meetings from our Yahoo site. 

I'm gonna buy some crushed red pepper and bring it to our meetings.

Thanks, Brett, for three great presentations.   Very cool stuff, and very well done.

Turning our eyes, now, toward October:

* Do we have a sponsor lined up yet?  Do we have someone "permanently" assigned to managing the sponsors for each month?  If I recall correctly, Ryan nominated himself for that, but, if I'm wrong, we should probably have one person assigned to that for each month to make sure we don't let that slip by undone. 
* I have updated the front page to reflect next month's meeting.  Please verify the accuracy of the information, and, Ryan, we'll need from you the same things we got from Brett:  a picture, a bio, and synopses of your presentations. 
* Hello Java.  Did Mitch ever commit, or do we need to find someone.  I had been planning on doing a Collections overview at some point.  I can work that up if we need it.
* What feedback have you heard on the UoP location?  Did it work OK for lunch?  Do we want to move our evening meetings there?  Once we've paid for lunch, we have it all day.  What are the chances of the getting UoP to become a sponsor and donate the room's use each month? :P  I think I may put a poll on the web site and see if get any more feedback on the location. 

That's all I can think of for now.  If we can get the ball rolling on these, we'll be in better shape for our steering committee meeting in a couple of weeks, which I need to put on the calendar.
