[Steering Committee] Domain Transfer

I've been working with Jim trying to get the okcjug.org domain transferred
to "us" but haven't had much luck.  The domain has privacy turned on, and it
appears that any emails to the privacy-cloaked contact are being lost.  It's
tough to tell as there is a HIGH degree of latency in the communications
between Jim and myself.  Given that, I'm going to try GoDaddy's transfer the
domain to someone else approach, then transfer over to "us".  If something
breaks, I apologize in advance. :)
