There is nothing illegal about jury nullification... The supreme court  
has stated that while it is not the right of a juror, it is within his/ 
her power to do so.

The oath you take as a juror does not supersede your constitutional  
rights. The 6th amendment guarantees a jury trial if a defendant so  
wants it. Your findings as a juror are not reviewable nor can action  
be taken against you for your decision. In the first hundred years of  
this country's history, it was made clear that jurors had an  
obligation to both make a decision about the evidence AND interpret  
the law - this made sense because it is only fairly recent that both  
judges and lawyers actually have degrees.

Many judges and lawyers have gone so far as to suggest that it is  
against the law, but that is absolute hogwash.

Anyway, you could simply ask a question about jury nullification and  
you'd get thrown out (though not until later most likely).
