Well, one of the things we hope to be able to offer the sponsors to
make them want to sponsor is time at the JUG, and he's working on
building/staring a business and gets "free" time. Of course, the LAST
thing I want this to turn into is a nickel-and-dime operation, so,
from the perspective, he's trying to build a community, which overlaps
significantly with ours, so I think we should support him (both before
and after profitability for him ;). My gut reaction was to tell him
yes for that reason, but I thought I ought to run it by you all first.
The consensus seems to be that my first reaction was the correct one.
Should we then, put him up at the end, as Brett suggested, or front-
load the session?
