[Steering Committee] Incorporation Update

This weekend, I signed the Certificate of Incorporation.  This week,  
the lawyers will work on the bylaws.  Once they file the certificate,  
we will be officially a company.  Whether or not we will be able to  
open the back account depends on the bank. Some banks will want to see  
the bylaws before opening the corporate account, or so I hear.  Which  
bank are we planning on using?  BOK?  What's their policy?

As soon as I hear back that the cert has been filed, I'll follow up  
the relevant details.
