Actually, I have our EIN now:  26-3912195.  I signed the certificate  
of incorporation Saturday (I'll attach it).  It just needed one  
signature and was very straightforward.  Hopefully, the bylaws will be  
done next week, but we are now a legal entity.  Do not sign for  
anything with your own name.  I'll verify the proposed/exact form in  
which we should sign, but the deal's done.
