[Steering Committee] january sponsor & speaker

[Jason Lee]

We will need a sponsor, but I don't think we'll need a speaker, unless  
the idea below is rejected.  We have not opened the bank account yet  
(though we have everything we need to do so, now), so sponsors are  
still unable to... purchase the sponsorship levels yet.
