[Steering Committee] Incorporation Update

Jason,

We had previously discussed using BOK. So, after speaking with a rep, he
informed me that we would need the following:


   1. Articles of Incorporation.
   2. Tax ID#, aka EIN
   3. Signer(s) who are authorized to deposit and withdraw from the Business
   Checking Account.

The process should take approx. 30 minutes to complete.
