[Steering Committee] Presentation Proposal

I think that I'd like to do a "What's New in JSF 2" (complete with meter and
rhyme, apparently :) sometime this summer.  July, maybe?  How does that
sound?  By that point, we should have the early draft out, so it should be
fairly "solid" what it's going to look like.
