[Steering Committee] March Meeting

I just noticed that the site has not been updated for March, so I started
doing that and realized I had no information to put on there.  We need to
confirm with Michael what he's going to present.  Make sure he knows that
Craig Walls will be here in April to present on "Spring in Action" as the
NFJS speaker in case that affects his choice.  I'd like to see Struts 2, but
he's free to present whatever he wants.  Make sure he understands that too.

Brian, any luck tracking down a sponsor?
