As soon as I get some info from Rod on what he's covering (something more concrete than our hand wavy descriptions ;) I plan on sending the email out.  I'd like to have the room number firmed up too, if we can.

That would be fine with me.  I can't be there right at 5:00, but I can get there as quickly as I can to help out if others are interested.
