I do like number 13 even if they can't spell referral;
"Try to make some kind of service either through the JUG's website or
mailing list in order to inform the JUG members of potential Job vacancies.
If a recruiting firm is involved, as them to donate the "referrel[sic] fee"
for a successful job placement to the JUG's general fund."
