Hi Keith, Kristen, and JUG folks,

We've been talking about making the JUG a part of the OKCDG non-profit
organization for liability purposes as well as cashflow (we can open a bank
account and allow sponsors to pay ahead).  There are several things we need
to iron out, but one of them is getting liability insurance for the
organization.  I have attached a quote for standard business liability
insurance, which would cover injuries at our events, among many other
things.  It would cost $500 per year.

Keith, the next time we get together to discuss this it would be nice to
have one or more actual board members there. :)  When would be a good time
for you?
