[Steering Committee] NFJS briefcase thing

Brent Wilkins was nice enough to donate the briefcase thing we all got from
NFJS to the jug.

So we've got another door prize.

I've confirmed the rooms for tomorrow.

I've printed off the evals & sign-in sheets. I changed the last line of the
eval from "Do you have a door prize preferences?" to "*** When should these
meetings start and how long should they be? " I hope you guys don't mind. I
thought Jason could mention the poll and the eval question at the start of
the meetings.
