[Steering Committee] UoP - room 308 for lunch - 311 for evening

I just called Bill Powers at UoP and he put us in room 308 but just for the lunch meeting.

The evening meeting will still be in 311.

I'll let Jason update the web site and include a big note in the reminder emails that the room has changed.
