Java/J2EE Developer Job Description:

A TEKsystems client is looking for two Sr. Software Developers with
Java, XML, and Web Services experience. This position will be part of a
software development, maintenance, and engineering team providing
full-time support to the group that develops and maintains Web-based
applications, and related databases. Primary programming languages used
are Java, PL/SQL, XML, HTML, JavaScript against Oracle 10g.  This is a
6+ month contract with strong possibility to get extended or be offered
permanent employment. 

Desired Experience:
- Java, JavaScript, IIS, SQL Server 2000/2005, Transact-SQL
(T-SQL),Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL, XML, JBuilder/Eclipse, and Microsoft
Visual Studio 2003 & 2005.
- Support Oracle or MS SQL database design and development.
- Familiarity with common web production and troubleshooting issues,
including browser/platform compatibility, size and speed issues.
- Taking an active role in developing the architecture, design and
functional specifications. 
- Demonstrating product to customer at various points during
development.

Must have ability to obtain a security clearance
