[Steering Committee] new jug web site info - how to prepare the room for a lunch meeting

I would like for someone else to start doing this. Scott volunteered to do
this Tuesday but didn't want to commit to doing it for 6 months...

But he did suggest I document what I do to get everything setup for the
meeting (room, plates, ice, evals, etc)
