Ryan, sorry I didn't get a chance to talk with you at the meeting.  It  
seemed there lots of people for us to talk, and lots that wanted to  
talk to us. :P

I can't find my notes at the moment, but all the law firm needs from  
us is our legal name (e.g., Oklahoma City Java Users Group, inc.), our  
list of officers (or board members.  I can't remember which, but  
they'd probably be the same), and a mailing address (iirc).  They  
won't need money up front, just the consent to begin.  They would then  
do their work, file the papers, pay the fees, etc, then bill us.  It  
takes some time after the end of their work to finalize the billable  
hours, and then it takes their AR department a little to bill us, so  
we wouldn't strictly need any money RIGHT NOW, though it would be nice  
to have at least the commitment before we start...

I think that's it, unless I've forgotten something.
