[Steering Committee] Legal Update

[Paul Smith]

I was trying to think of duties/needed tasks that are currently being done
then applying some sort of name to them.  So, what all is currently being
done and will be needed after the incorporation?

Someone to keep the official record (meeting notes, attendance, etc of the
required board meetings)
Attendance and consolidation of reviews from the JUG presentation
Accounting
Getting Donations (cash and giveaways)
Getting Speakers
Getting the room reserved
Setup and tear down after the JUG presentations
