In fact, Les, you should be beaten severely for using the word  
"empowered."  In fact, as soon as I can get some customer buy-in from  
a JAD session, we'll apply some of that violent synergy to come to a  
mutually beneficial and satisfactory outcome for us, though likely not  
for you.
