Do we NEED to meet today?  Scott (or maybe Chad) will be presenting.   
The room is taken care of.  The only outstanding issue is that we're  
way, way, WAY behind on meeting our renegotiated financial obligation  
to the CoCo, but that won't be resolved today.  I guess I'll write  
Derek a personal check next week, just so that we don't continue to  
look bad.  Our (lack of) promptness in the first six months may make  
our next round a bit tougher to sell.  And, while we're on that topic,  
we're going to need to find some sponsors for the next months or some  
other fairly lucrative revenue stream in a hurry.
