[Steering Committee] credit card payments

I couldn't find any pricing on authorize.net, and I'm loathe to give  
them my contact info. :)  Google Checkout is 2% + $0.20 per  
transaction.  What was PayPal?  From my foggy memory, this seems  
cheaper.
