[Steering Committee] credit card payments

OK let's sign up for Google Checkout.  I just talked to Tyson, and the
earliest we can have a check is February 17.  We can have a CC payment
today.

Jason, if you have time today, would you mind calling Tyson when you are
ready to receive payment?  I am texting you his number.

If you don't have time, reply and someone will volunteer.  Probably me.
