[Steering Committee] meeting today - food/drinks/door prize

I thought you were setting up the pizza order.  Scott, have you gotten  
the check card yet?  If not, we need to get a pizza order placed and  
bring one of the temp checks.  Some places balk at temp checks, so we  
might need to check on that and bring cash if necessary.

Currently, Scott is the only one with any convenient access to the  
money, Brian, so we'll need to coordinate with him on getting stuff  
for today.

Scott, Ryan, should all three of us have a check card so we won't have  
to pile on Scott?  We can take this to another thread, but ponder that.

I thought we had this all lined up (nobody's fault but my own for  
assuming), so we are really going to have to hustle this morning.   
Just a thought:  if we end up buying anything with our own money,  
please keep a receipt and we'll file that and an expense report of  
some sort with Scott for tax/accounting purposes.
