1) Take Oklahoma flag background blue with Duke shooting an arrow up in the sky (like in the new license tag)
2) OKC + JUG together have 2 letters that are recognized nationally OU so you can play on those plus it'd be a hit with OU fans but alienate OSU crowd ;)
