[Steering Committee] Free JCP Membership

For a limited time (until the end of February), Sun is waving the  
$2,000 membership fee for organizations, which is how a JUG has to  
register.  I'll be filing the appropriate paperwork for us in the  
coming days.  That will alow JUG members to sit on expert groups,  
submit JSRs, etc., on behalf of the JUG.  I'll have to look into how  
many EGs, etc., but I don't expect we'll have any sort of issue there,  
if you follow me.  If not, ignore me.  I'll make more sense later.
