[Steering Committee] Coming up with a topic

I wouldn't mind presenting more, but I have a hard time coming up with a topic.

I know the evals have a place of what people would like to hear.
Would it be possible to list these out (maybe like 10-15) and have
people rank around 3 of the top picks for a topic.

That might make it easier to find a speaker as we now have a specific
question to ask instead of a general one.
"Who wants to present a topic about an Intro to Glassfish?"
-versus-
"Who would present?"

This would also (possibly) help out on attendance as more people would
show up because more people voted for the topic ... and the JUG needs
some love from people ... I'm sure some people don't like getting
their pizza taken away.

Just an idea.
