[Steering Committee] SC Meeting and Lighning Talks

1) I guess we are supposed to have a SC meeting this week.
2) Tomorrow (Tuesday) isn't good for me as I guess I'm going to the oracle
thing
3) I'm being asked about the lightning talks. Are there any baseline rules
in play, ie 5 minutes per presentation, 20 seconds per slide?  I'm being
asked by one of the people that said they would do a lightning talk.
