[Steering Committee] Session Topics and Speakers

Despite the near tragedy, I think we were able to salvage our time and
have a pretty decent session. Dan Mavis did a great job on the fly.
I went to lunch with him and the Objectstream group afterwards and had
a good conversation with him. He said he'd be willing to do a more
formal presentation on what he covered today (formal in the prepared
presentation sense, with some concrete source examples). He and I are
going to talk and work out a when on that.

That got me to thinking about presenting, and I even have a couple of
topics. Brent Vaughn is considering a JSF 2 lightning talk for next
month (which I failed to mention at the meeting today. Drat! :), so
I'll leave that to him, but I'd like to do one on "advanced" Maven
usage (common plugins, custom mojos, etc), and another on Applied
Mercurial (going beyond the whys of a DVCS into more complicated
topics, specifically branching and merging).

Like Dan, I don't know *when* I'll be able to do those, but they're
something to keep in mind. If we get in a bind, I can whip up the
presentation a little sooner than I had planned. :)
