[Steering Committee] Annual JUG sponsorship

So it looks like I misinterpreted what I read in Ryan's email. That's
clearly my mistake, so I apologize.
As I think I mentioned previously, I'd be happy with a larger pool of
presenters and larger attendance at the steering committee meetings.
As for whether some is or is not qualified, that's actually never come
up as far as I am aware. And in fact, my issue was not regarding
qualification but rather subject matter.
Since we are not giving away guaranteed speaking spots, my issues are
resolved.
