I don't know.  Perhaps I'm overly cynical, but I don't see this as  
being all that helpful.  We've never really gotten much meaningful  
information from historical polls, and voting on every presentation  
topic just seems like unnecessary and time "wasting" efforts.  We've  
repeatedly said that if someone wants to help out, they can come to  
the SC meetings.  If they can't do that, they could at least join the  
mailing list.  If they can't be bothered to do either, well...    
There's a reason there are no true democracies. :P
